FAQ 1. Who can attend? This is an adult-only event. Kids are not allowed. 2. Can I bring my RV or camper? Yes! We have space for RVs and campers, however we do not have hookups or disposal. Please come prepared for a dry-camp experience. 3. What’s included in the weekend? Your ticket includes access to all scheduled activities, a swag bag, and evening events. Food trucks and vendors will be available for purchases. 4. Can I bring my own food? Yes — you are welcome to bring your own food. Please also bring cash or card for food trucks and farmers market purchases. 5. Where do I get tickets? Tickets are available on our official website: blackazzcamping.org Early Bird Code: BAC2520 (limited time). 6. Are the Tickets per person or per tent Per person 7. What’s the vibe? Think culture, creativity, connection, and celebration—all in nature. 8. Will there be showers and restrooms? There will be one outdoor shower There will be access to a bathroom For convenience: Get a portable one for your tent 9. Is this tent camping? Yes and primitive camping 10. Do I have to attend the whole 3 days? No, tickets are in separate sections that fit your schedule 11. May I bring my pet? NO! 12. Are there animals on the Farm? Yes! Chickens and pigs 13. Will there be bugs? The bugs will be on vacation 14. Can we bring alcohol? Drink responsibly 0 tolerance policy

🚫 What NOT to Do at Black Azz Camping To keep the weekend safe, fun, and in alignment with our community values, please do not: Bring children – This is an adults-only event. Disrespect the land – No littering, damaging plants, or disturbing wildlife. Leave trash behind – Pack it in, pack it out. Bring unapproved animals – No pets Use generators or loud equipment at night – Quiet hours are observed after midnight. Show up intoxicated or disruptive – We maintain a safe, welcoming space for all. Bring weapons or fireworks – These are strictly prohibited. Ignore fire safety rules – No open flames outside designated fire pits. Set up camp outside designated areas – Respect our shared space. Violate consent or personal boundaries – We are a community built on respect.

What TO Do at Black Azz Camping To make the most of your weekend, please: Check in on time – Arrive Friday between 1:00–6:00 PM for setup and to join the welcome activities. Respect the land – Leave nature as beautiful as you found it. Bring your essentials – Tent, sleeping bag, camping chair, proper shoes, toiletries, and any personal items. Pack for the weather – Layer clothing for warm days and cool nights. Bring cash/card – For food trucks, Sunday Farmers Market, and merch. Join in the fun – Game night tournaments, music festival, yoga, hikes, and panels. Stay hydrated & fed – Bring your own food if you like, and take advantage of the food vendors. Follow event rules – Respect quiet hours, fire safety, and campsite boundaries. Connect with the community – Meet new people, share stories, and build lasting connections. Capture memories – Take photos (respectfully) and share your experience.

Safety Protocols – Black Azz Camping 1. Check-In & Registration All attendees must check in at the Welcome Table upon arrival. Wristbands or passes must be worn at all times while on site. 2. Fire Safety Fires allowed only in designated fire pits. No unattended fires—extinguish completely before leaving. No fireworks or open flames near tents. 3. Health & First Aid First aid station will be located near the main event area. Report any injuries or health concerns to staff immediately. Keep any personal medications with you at all times. 4. Emergency Procedures In case of emergency, follow instructions from event staff. Familiarize yourself with exit routes and meeting points. If severe weather occurs, shelter will be available in designated buildings or tents. 5. Wildlife Awareness Do not feed or approach wildlife. Store food securely to avoid attracting animals. 6. Hydration & Nutrition Bring a refillable water bottle—Stay hydrated Eat regularly and pace yourself with physical activities. 7. Respect Quiet Hours Quiet hours begin at midnight. Keep noise to a minimum after this time. 8. Alcohol & Substances Drink responsibly. 9. Personal Boundaries & Consent Always respect others’ personal space. Ask before taking photos or recording others. 10. Leave No Trace Pack out all trash and belongings. Keep the land clean for the next visitor
