Connection at Black Azz Camping is about bonding with nature, self, and community. It's the shared experience of hiking through the forest, setting up tents, that deepens personal and group connections. Our connection fosters a sense of belonging and collective healing, allowing campers to unwind, reflect, and build lasting relationships rooted in mutual respect and shared outdoor adventures.
Culture
Culture at Black Azz Camping is a celebration of Black heritage, pride, and traditions woven into the camping experience. It’s seen in the music, games like spades and limbo, communal meals, and storytelling around the bonfire. The event blends outdoor adventure with cultural expressions, from yoga to soul-filled laughter, honoring the resilience and creativity of Black communities. By merging nature with cultural roots, Black Azz Camping creates a space where participants reconnect with themselves and their heritage in an uplifting and empowering environment.
